Where it all began…part 1

How do you all know each other?!

Today we’re taking you back to where this whoooooole thing started…

In 2017 I (@amandalquickcoaching ) opened, The Hatchery, a coworking space with on-site childcare.

The mission was to give parents a place to work on their business and have their kiddo close by - but loved on by a staff member.

Over the first couple of years so many amazing things began to unfold with our members: ​
​- they found us and joined
- they shared their knowledge in community classes
- they collaborated with each other
- they grew their business and expertise

But, as we grew there was a special group that started to form.

6 members + myself started to really refer business to each other and collaborate on projects.

We each brought our own special skills and we all trusted each other. #collaborationovercompetition

It was like the 4th of July everyday in that space - okay that's extreme, but a solid referral and collaboration is pretty dang magical!

One night while I was cooking dinner and Ellie was probably getting into all the pots and pans I found a show advertised on Facebook called Small Business Revolution...
