The Number One Mistake Our Business Coach Sees Small Businesses Make
Being a solopreneneur doesn’t mean you have to run your business all alone!
This is a mistake I see small business owners make and have also done myself 🙋🏼♀️
Some don’t ask for help because of pride, some don’t ask because of the investment (in themselves and/or their biz), and some just don’t know where to start!
We have to remember that our time is valuable and that means it’s worth money.
Some ways to get help that may not actually cost an arm and a leg:
Trading services with another expert
Hiring a VA at 5 hours a week
Automating some steps to save time (calendly, zapier, email platforms, honey book)
Mapping out where you spend your time and how long the tasks take you and compare to what you could pay someone to really see if it’ll cost you money or if it’s currently costing you money (hello, bookkeeping!)
Looking into grants you could qualify for
Finding local city resources who offer free or discounted services
Connecting with local colleges who have a business school as they tend to take on projects for experience
What was the first thing you hired out within your business?
